VSL iron ore

" ...Iron ore VSL has entered into long-term agreement with OMDC and SESA Goa for supply of iron ore. It is in the process of obtaining iron ore mines on lease in Orissa, which would provide significant benefits in terms of assured raw material supply at a low cost. However we have not factored in the benefits of the same on a conservative note. In addition, the benefits of chrome ore also would help the company contain its cost. The company sources its chrome ore requirement from markets at average procurement cost of Rs 9500 per tonne which is slated to come down to Rs 1400 per tonne over the next 1.5 - 2 years once production from its 89% subsidiary, Ghotaringa Minerals commences....
